Graphics/Prepress:
Mito’s Graphics Department can promptly generate custom artwork, or will work from customer supplied files as per the following guidelines:
Film is always generated from vector artwork.
Common vector file types include: .ai, .cdr, .eps, .dwg, .dxf.
Vector files can be generated from bitmap files (.jpeg, .psd, .bmp, .tif) for a fee.
Mito is able to work with Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium programs (such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and Corel Draw.

Transmitting Files:
Files can be submitted via email up to a size limit of 10MB per file.
Files over 10MB can be submitted via the Mito ftp server.

Proof Approval Process:
All files to be reproduced require client approval prior to production.
Each client must identify the person(s) within their organization with the authority to approve a proof.
First off parts for approval are also available prior to a production run; however this must be arranged prior to scheduling of the job.

Customer Supplied Substrate:
Substrate should be clearly labeled with client name and Purchase Order number.
The substrate must be received at MitoGraphics a minimum of one day prior to scheduled print date.
Tech data sheets and extra material for ink adhesion testing may be requested.
