Graphic Overlays

Overlays are standard graphic displays which are integral to a value of a finished product. The function of an overlay is to provide identification to display texts, colours, and key functions.

• Gloss, frost or texture finishes are available
• Standard thickness ranges from 0.005″ to .020″
• Constructed with durable, scratch and tear resistant polycarbonate
• Other substrates and thicknesses are available upon request
• Adhesive add-on such as 3M™ adhesives
• RoHS and compliant labels on electronics
• 2D Matrix and identification code labels
• Rapid prototyping, rush turnaround time

Graphics are applied to the reverse side of the overlay for protection from consumer handling and damage in use.

Selection of the adhesive for these products are based on the substrate the label will be applied to, as well as related UL or RoHS requirements.
